Reliable Freight Forwarder

The size data given by forwarder warehouse is much larger than the factory size data when the goods leaving the factory. Forwarder false increases in the billed weight, charged a lot more.
NSD always measure the goods truthfully. After the goods entering warehouse, we will take measurement pictures of the goods, and send the pictures and data together to the customer for confirmation. If the customer has any objection, we will continue to double check and record video to the customer.
Change Packaging
The freight forwarder changed the buyer’s high-quality goods packaging into inferior packaging without the buyer’s permission, which ultimately caused damage to the buyer’s goods.

Poor after-sales service of the forwarder. They show negative evasion and even bad after-sales attitude, replying and solving problems very slowly, or even don’t reply. They don’t assume any relevant responsibility that they should bear.
