Upon arrival at our warehouse, our colleagues will conduct a thorough examination of the outer packaging to check for any obvious damage such as tears, dents, or any other forms of breakage. Once the integrity of the outer packaging has been confirmed, the next step is to verify that the necessary labels are affixed to the boxes, such as unique identification numbers and order numbers. This information is typically used to track the parcels and ensure they are delivered accurately to the intended recipients.
Furthermore, should any anomalies be detected on the outer packaging, such as damage, missing labels, or any other factors that may affect the parcel’s security and identifiability, these should be promptly documented and verified with the client. This ensures that subsequent processes can proceed smoothly.

According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, when receiving courier or logistics delivered goods, certain procedures should be followed to ensure the safety and legality of the items. Among these, inspecting the contents of the package after verifying its integrity is an important step. This not only serves as a key measure to protect customs rights but also supports government efforts in checking for prohibited items.
Unpack and Inspect the Goods
When the warehouse receives the package, they should first confirm the integrity of the goods before proceeding with inspection. This process is designed to verify that the items within the package match the customer’s order and that no prohibited items have been included. According to national laws and regulations, prohibited items include, but are not limited to, explosives, flammable materials, narcotics, obscene publications, etc. If any suspected prohibited items are found during the inspection process, the warehouse staff will immediately cease the inspection and notify the courier company and local public security authorities, who will handle the matter accordingly.
Count the Items and Verify Products
After confirming that there are no prohibited items in the package, the next step is to count the items and carefully check the specifications and models of each product against the shipping list to ensure they match. This ensures that the products received by the customer are exactly as ordered. Should any discrepancies arise, such as missing items or incorrect products, the customer should promptly contact the supplier or our company, provide specific details of the issue, and offer relevant evidence so that the problem can be resolved quickly.

NEW SPEEED Logistics has implemented comprehensive guidelines for transport packaging.Before transporting goods, we will confirm that the packaging meets the transportation requirements for general cargo, fragile items, or special goods. For fragile items, bubble wrap and foam should be used to reinforce the packaging. For special goods, it needs to be confirmed whether wooden crates or boxes are required. The packaging must be sturdy, intact, and lightweight to prevent breakage, leakage, or loss of contents.

It is important to pay attention to the limitations of the chosen transport channel, such as weight and size restrictions imposed by air, sea, or road carriers. For packages that exceed these limits, it is advisable to divide them into smaller shipments or repackage them to comply with the carrier’s requirements. This ensures that the goods can be safely and efficiently transported without incurring additional fees or delays due to non-compliance with transport regulations. Proper handling and adherence to these guidelines help maintain the integrity of the shipping process and guarantee that the goods reach their destination without issues.
Common international express size requirements
Common International Couriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx have specific requirements for individual packages: each dimension must be less than 120 cm, the total girth (combined length and girth) must not exceed 270 cm, and the weight must be no more than 30 kg. Packages that exceed these limits may incur overweight or oversized charges, which can significantly increase shipping costs.
Additionally, for Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments, the requirements are more stringent. Individual packages must not exceed 60 cm in any single dimension, and the weight must not exceed 22 kg. Adhering to these guidelines ensures that your shipments meet the standards set by these carriers and Amazon, thereby avoiding additional fees and facilitating smoother delivery processes. Compliance with these rules helps in maintaining efficient and cost-effective shipping practices.
Data Organization and Verification：

Thoroughly organize and expand the operational data, ensuring that all relevant information is correctly recorded and expressed. Upload the organized data to the logistics management system and validate it within the system to ensure accuracy. Next, archive the data by storing it on the company’s server or cloud storage for future reference.
